Contact details, project information, and any materials you choose to send us, such as scripts, manuscripts or media.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, quote and contract projects, deliver work, issue invoices, keep projects secure, and meet legal and accounting duties.

How the project brief works

The brief tool creates an email on your device. This website does not save form entries to a MOVA database. Your details are sent only when you send that email yourself.

Website analytics and cookies

If analytics are enabled on this site, they collect usage and technical data only. Brief contents, names, contact details and uploaded files are never sent to analytics tools.

Who may receive information

MOVA staff, the contracting company named in your agreement, and production or technology providers, each limited to what they need for the project.

Confidential or restricted materials

Please don’t send highly sensitive material through the first brief. Tell us if you need an NDA or special handling before sharing it.

Retention and protection

We keep information only as long as needed for project records and legal or accounting purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@movafilms.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Updates

We may update this notice. The current version is effective 20 September 2026.
